If the RAA lets them keep doing what they're doing, there's definitely something wrong with the RAA.

That is why John is commenting on it now. ICANN has a reputation for doing NOTHING when it is aware of violations. I think there has been only one registrar they took action against, EVER! Since then, and prior to then, there had been letters said, which essentially said, "Go fix it." with no followup.
