Knowing some of the key academics involved in internet governance / ICANN discussions, i'd suggest looking at the ALS pool and see who is available. Personally, i'd prefer someone who has been following ICANN longer and has a more collaborative and constructive view. If a nominations are still open, let me suggest an alternate candidate - that being Wolfgang Kleinwachter Wolfgang Kleinwachter - Bio http://www.net-gov.org/wgig/kleinwaechter.php regards, Robert --- Robert Guerra <rguerra@privaterra.ca> Managing Director, Privaterra Tel +1 416 893 0377 On 12-Oct-07, at 2:23 PM, Brendler, Beau wrote:
I'm forwarding to the public list from the ALAC internal one this nomination I made today, so that everyone is aware of it. The deadline is the 14th for other nominations, and we are told by Jacqueline Morris, the ALAC chair, that there have been few to no nominations from the ALS community. So we need to hear from you before Monday!
