[At-Large] Egyptian Blogger's video to be shown at Human Rights Film Festival

Robert, I just watched the video. Why was such a video shown at an ICANN meeting? The topics addressed by the video have absolutely nothing to do with ICANN's narrow remit... or am I missing some particular nuance?
