Jacqueline and all, It's nearly always time for reconsideration. To believe otherwise is foolish and significantly unwise. In any event, the sooner ICANN reconsiders and rectifies and/or actually fixes the frontrunning/domain name tasting problem which is still ongoing unabated, the less financial damages the suit from Chris will cost both ICANN and NSOL as well as other registries or registrars.
