How about having documents on the wiki when they are being worked on, and when they are official/agreed, like the resolutions, minutes of meetings, etc, posted to the main site? Cross-linking will also need to be done, so that the wiki page points to the final unchanging document. The site should also link to the wiki (relevant pages - that way people can go to the main site, then follow the link to the "working documents" on particular issues. Given how this matter has been slipping over time, I just wanted to point out that this is a real issue, right here right now... perhaps we can get a decent timeshare of someone @ ICANN so that at least minutes and official documents are posted promptly on alac.icann.org, until you can switch to the new one? That'd help already.
(Not to mention that we are about to undergo a review and we should at least be able to publish the material to be reviewed...)
