I checked PACER, the systems that US courts use to manage case documents, and this case hasn't even been entered yet. Until we can see what the complaint says, one can't tell what NetSol and ICANN are alleged to be doing. On the other hand, we can certainly decry NetSol's admitted frontrunning as yet another anti-consumer abuse that ICANN's ill-considered AGP enables.
