I totally agree with you Adam - that's what I'd love to come out of the review. Franck, the RALO structure for ALAC was set up a while ago. We just got the RALOs going after 3 years, but the review is overdue (per Adam's response), so it seems weird, but it's just the timing. Jacqueline Quoting Adam Peake <ajp@glocom.ac.jp>:
