Dear Jacqueline, The attached mentions threats and insults. I haven't seen any of that. If people cannot disagee with what is happening for fear of getting the Ombudsman involved then this isn't much of a process. I, frankly, would encourage Ombudsman involvement to decide what is threatening/disrespecful and what is simple criticism over what is happening.
