Please find the latest draft, marked "2nd Draft" on the relevant Wiki page of the At-Large Geographic Regions Review Workspace: https://community.icann.org/x/GQS5AQ Tijani has advised me that minor modifications will be made on Monday before the document is submitted. I sincerely hope that this document in English is not the final to be submitted, as it is riddled with errors in both grammar and syntax. Literal translation is no translation at all. It was referred to as Draft, so I hope we can receive a editable version to make our input, given that there were specific comments made with respect to the Caribbean being split up and I don't see those there.
