[bc-gnso] BC request for extension in Comments on new gTLD applications/request that ICANN treat non applicants equally in information and support for information re processes

As Chair of the BC, I am forwarding a transmission regarding the new gTLD applications. This document is cc'd to the ALAC, GAC Chair, and CSG Chairs from ISPCP and IPC. Please advise if I can provide any further clarification of the BC's request for an extension, and for support for users in informational sessions. This latter item seems to make great sense, and no doubt, ICANN will fully support that users should have full support for informational sessions.
