Dear Marylin, the request from the VP's is with particular reference to how the BC has tracked the outcomes from our last outreach plan and possibly justify the use of CROP and other interventions from ICANN. As the on-boarding pilot is a separate ICANN program, it is my opinion that the BC Outreach report focuses less on the on-boarding pilot program and more on justifying our outreach efforts. Lawrence.
