Sometime next week might be a good start and possibly another by the end of April for an outreach call to start working on the details for ICANN 59.
From interactions I also had with Chris Mondini in Copenhagen, he seems willing to work with a plan put forward by the BC through the Outreach Committee on a special program for business outreach similar to the one he did with the ISPCP in Hyderabad, so maybe we first have a call to firm up our plan and then invite him to the next call or mail him with our specific requests.
