Thanks a lot for this information. In the past, at least from memory, there were talks about comprehensive UDRP review - aka 'reform' - is this no longer the case? is it incorrect to refer to it as a reform (because there might not be one following a review....?)
I would also really appreciate any updates on the HR bylaw - has it been approved or not yet?

I assume you meant UDRP Review. RPM is still on it phase 1 and final report are scheduled for April 2020 based on current timeline provided by the WG. Phase 2 which includes the UDRP review should start after but possibly there would be some changes before .
