I have added a number of comments to the text, my main points:
o clarify whether this letter amends or supersedes previous communication o suggest to add a list of requirements rather than generic 'diversity' clauses o clarify the ineligibility criteria based on precedent
after our discussion in Seattle, I do think the now revised text avoids the ambiguities raised. Apologies for having missed the discussion in an earlier council meeting. Thanks a lot Peter
