Serendipitiously, my non-attendance will permit the entire meeting to be held according to standard ccNSO rules and procedures (since due to my absence from the meeting Bylaw 7.4(b) will now not need to be taken into consideration for any agenda item).
Serendipitously or not, this is nothing to worry about at the moment. According to Bylaws 10.3.(i) it is the ccNSO Council that nominates individuals to fill seats on the Board, not Facebook. And since the ccNSO Council hasn't done that yet, nothing can stop you from participating at Council meetings.
In addition, I shall prepare a short written report of the PDP WG of which I am Chair, which I will probably ask Stephen to deliver, since he is also a Member of that group.
