My suggested item would be on the possible plan/status regarding ICANN role toward developing countries. Sometime ago there was even an initiative for having an ICANN Summit on Developing Countries. Currently, as part of the work group on Community Outreach, I hear a lot of talk about inreach and outreach, but no concrete activities to improve especially outreach.
