[ccnso-council] FW: ICANN / Budget FY13 / SO-AC request process and template

Hi, As part of the FY2013 budget process, the new ICANN CFO has asked each of the SO/AC Chairs for any specific budget requests for items that are not already in the recurring ICANN budget. Given our previous discussions on financial matters, I was rather assuming that there would not be any ccNSO requests. However, just in case there are, the email and the template are attached FYI and I suggest that any requests should be considered by the Council on our next call.
