Immediately repudiate any claims of authority, legitimacy, or representation by Emani Fakaotimanava-Lui regarding the management of the ccTLD.nu domain. 2. Communicate to the relevant point persons at the Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO), and other relevant entities, that the Niue National NU Domain Company Ltd is the lawful, duly approved, and officially appointed manager of the ccTLD.nu domain. 3. Reference the legal basis for this appointment, specifically Sections 30B(b) and 30D of the Communications Amendment Act 2000 No. 251, which affirms that the management and administration of the ccTLD.nu domain is vested solely in the Niue National NU Domain Company Ltd, and not the IUSN Foundation or any other entity. The attached Government Order, which formalises this position, shall be shared with all relevant stakeholders.
