Dear Katrina, all, I don’t have anything to add to the document - it looks OK. It did spark one other thing, which is - we could do an assessment of our Council membership against any particular skills we thought would help our work, after each election process, and then invite NomCom to consider providing them. An example - if we needed more lawyers, we could ask for people with legal skills. This does not feel like any urgent problem. The general skills listed in the doc are fine for now. Just something to think about for the longer term, perhaps. Cheers Jordan On Wed, 20 Nov 2019 at 12:48 AM, Katrina Sataki <katrina@nic.lv> wrote:
Dear Colleagues,
In preparation for the current NomCom cycle, the Nominating Committee is requesting our input about the skillsets and traits that the ccNSO seek in a NomCom appointed individual.
Is there anything you would like to add to the document we sent last year (please see attachment)?
Please let me know by Friday!
Kind regards,
]{atrina
