Sokol, all That may be a worthy item too, and I suppose ICANN should be able to answer this now that the new CEO is on board. He already asked the Africa region (during ICANN Prague) to propose a strategy for ICANN to engage with Africa. That work is going fairly well as a team of African reps was set up to propose a strategy based on Africa's community input, and will present the draft strategy in Toronto. I hear the same is expected of the Latin America & Caribbean region.
