Dear Katrina, The last sentence of Cherine's letter goes as "The Board encourages the ccNSO to contribute to this public comment proceeding." I personally wonder what kind of contribution is encouraged here? Is each of the ccNSO member encouraged to post a comment expressing "Support for ccNSO letter" or "No-support for ccNSO letter" ?
