Dear Hiro, I "think" what Cherene is asking for here is for some public comments from the overall ccNSO (and ccTLD) Community in support of the proposed Bylaw language. A public comment or two from a non-ccNSO member ccTLD would, I think, assuage any lingering concerns that the Board might have with respect to adopting the new Bylaw language as proposed in the public comment. Of course, I cannot read his mind... __ FYI (and a "head's up" to the Council), I expect that the ECA will hold an Approval Action Community Forum on this in Montreal, assuming the Board does indeed vote in favour of this Bylaw change.
