FYI (and a "head's up" to the Council), I expect that the ECA will hold an Approval Action Community Forum on this in Montreal, assuming the Board does indeed vote in favour of this Bylaw change.

I personally wonder what kind of contribution is encouraged here? Is each of the ccNSO member encouraged to post a comment expressing "Support for ccNSO letter" or "No-support for ccNSO letter" ? Or, does it mean just a general thing such as cooperation with the Board in concluding?
