It is a recommendation to end the Additional Budget Request (ABR) process beginning in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, and for community groups to utilize the annual operating plan and budget (OP&B) process for all resource requests moving forward. To date the ccNSO has not made such a request, so we have no experience on this matter. Therefore, may I suggest that we decline commenting on this topic?
