Hi Chris, I talked to both Dotty and Pablo as the storm began to bear down on them (Dotty about 4-5 hours before I reached Pablo). Both were confident that they had adequate shelter to ride it out. The eyewall passed about 100-120km south of Dotty, but it looked from the imagery I was watching overnight that the eyewall went right over Pablo’s head. I have yet to be able to contact either.
