Draft Submission Rebalancing the NomCom 1. Does ccNSO need to provide feed-back and input on PTI Bylaw change? It is proposed to amend the PTI Bylaws. The changes are: * Modifying the timing for the initial delivery of the PTI Operating Plan & Budget to the PTI Board, which is currently set to nine months prior to the start of the fiscal year, to a 90-day window.
