Whilst Veni's first bullet point deals with this it is written in terms that ICANN will be merely a facilitator. I think we need to clarify this point.
I did not take notes during the meeting but I remember that at the end of the conversation I had the impression we'd have brought our message across. The informal notes would be incompatible with that perception because what they boil down to is clerical work rather than active engagement on substance. Best Peter
