      Dear all,
Please find included documents for tomorrow’s Council.
Please note the two documents on the IANA Function Agreement are to inform your discussion.
Given the fluid nature of the discussions around the IAAN Function Agreement a more solid version would to be pre-emptive.

Further, some requests were received for additional items on the agenda. They are not included yet, but have been marked for the next call.
