Dear all, Please find include the agenda for this evenings call: 1. Welcome 2. Naming Function Agreement – ccTLD comments, ICANN and CWG members response ccNSO Council statement 3. Services agreement, preliminary findings ( Stephen, Becky) 4. IPR – appointment of names community members to CCG 5. AOB 6. Next call Further included latest version monitoring sheet comments and draft format ccNSO Council input. Proposed procedure (to be discussed tomorrow for ccNSO Council will be: - Members and participants together with the secretariat monitor progress made on the items under discussion. Use the document and mark items agreed upon as green etc. - Use monitoring document to draft the Council statement, along the format suggested: o Introductorionary paragraph o General comment o Specific comment (open issues) - As the public comment closes on Friday 9 September, ccNSO Council will need to take a decision by Thursday 8 September to submit the comments of a final draft.
