The need to hold a formal ccNSO Annual General Meeting per ICANN Bylaw 10.4(f); 2. A suggestion that the Council form a study group to review the ICANN bylaws to identify any additional provisions that might need revision, replacing, or scrapping (beyond the already identified issues (IFRP non-ccNSO ccTLD member requirement and Article 10.4(a).
