Dear Council members, This is to inform you about the outcome of the selection process for one Delegate (1) to serve on the 2025 NomCom. The candidate with the most supportive votes is Eyitayo Iyortim. Please also find included below the draft decision for Eyitayo’s formal appointment. Kindly provide me with your input by the end of Friday, 6 September 2024, 23:59 UTC, in case you do not agree with the proposed resolution. Outcome selection The selection process closed 4 September at 23:59 UTC. Here is the result of the ranking: [cid:image001.png@01DAFF84.7F02D930] Out of 17 Councillors, one declared a conflict of interest. 13 Councillors used the survey link shared with all of you, and 2 sent an email to the Secretariat. The Secretariat completed the survey on their behalf. Thank you for your completing the ranking via the survey link. For decision formal appointment ccNSO delegate to 2025 NomCom Draft Resolution Following a call for volunteers, the ccNSO Council selects and appoints Eyitayo Iyortim (.ng) as ccNSO Delegate to the 2025 NomCom. The Council congratulates Eyitayo with her appointment and expresses its gratitude to all that volunteered for the role. The Council requests the secretariat to inform the Delegate, the candidates that were not selected, and relevant ICANN staff as soon as possible. The secretariat is also requested to publish these resolutions as soon as possible. This resolution becomes effective upon publication.
