I think it's missing a first bullet, before "Receive applications", which is . Publish and organize Calls for funding applications
Rethinking about it, it may be that "Receive applications" includes all the up-front activities that I describe below, and is not just the act of Receiving the applications (which is in itself an important work item for fiduciary reasons).
which is the part dealing with things such as: - picking a particular area for a given call, - providing templates and online application systems in various languages, - dealing with dead-lines for calls (start and beginning), and follow-up
