Just one comment: as part of the mgnt procedures, it says: ICANN’s operational objectives: –ICANN must ensure policies and procedures exist and are effective to manage the applications for funding: • Receive applications for funding, • Evaluate applications for funding, • Organize quality control and/or audit of applications evaluations, • Organize and support reconsideration procedures for evaluation decisions, I think it's missing a first bullet, before "Receive applications", which is . Publish and organize Calls for funding applications which is the part dealing with things such as: - picking a particular area for a given call, - providing templates and online application systems in various languages, - dealing with dead-lines for calls (start and beginning), and follow-up
