This survey is intended to assess the views of the CCWG members and participants and as such it is limited to those groups. As affiliation is clear from the SOIs, it was not captured as a separate question, more so as this is just to gather input to help inform the deliberations, not to assess the level of consensus for one option or another. However, if you think it is important to capture this information, it would be easy to add a question to that end.
