The current text of draft statement is in line with the basic thought kept by JGP and Japanese community during Japanese Root Zone LGR (J-LGR) development. I.e., no differentiation between single-character TLDs and multiple-character TLDs was not considered necessary and the current J-LGR is applicable also to single character TLDs.
