Dear professors,
Thank you for your response.
Dear all,
It's usually not easy (almost imporrisible) for all the important people to gather together.
It seems the below are the possible options where at least one important person from KGP can join.
Option-a 1 day on 29/April Prof. Lee OK Option-b 1.5 days during 15/May-17/May Prof. Kim OK
After hearing from CGP, let's see how we can arrange the dates.
Regards, Hiro

Hmm.. I'm sorry to say that I'll be in the USA for a business trip. So the 1st option only works for me. April 29th works best for me.

Dear all,
It seems difficult for us to move without specific proposal on the date/time and venue. Let me narrow down the options regarding CJK meeting.
date/time 1st option : 1.5 days during 28/April - 30/April 2nd option : 1.5 days during 15/May - 17/May
For me,
1st option is not good: I have a meeting and a class. 2nd option seems good although it includes a weekend.
Thanks.
KIM, K.
venue Seoul
Either of the above options works for 3 JGP representatives.
I hope CGP and KGP can send representatives to either of the above options. Looking forward to your response.
Regards, Hiro
