Hi all, So far, we've got responses from Prof. Kim, Prof. Lee, Wang Wei, and Chris. We want to have more responses, but it seems 3 Chairs can gather only during 15/May to 17/May if the candidate dates are those I proposed. Dear All Has the date of Seoul meeing been fixed ? As CGP and JGP discussed in Dallas, we have produced tow versoins of repertoire and variant table. We will send them out to JGP after the fortnight meeting at tomorrow afternoon.

It seems the below are the possible options where at least one important person from KGP can join.
Option-a 1 day on 29/April Prof. Lee OK Option-b 1.5 days during 15/May-17/May Prof. Kim OK
After hearing from CGP, let's see how we can arrange the dates.

As to the Seoul meeting,
option-2 : pm on Friday 15/May and am (or possibly till 15:00) on Saturday 16/May will work for all 3 CJK Chairs with some others who already responded to my proposal. I'll send a separate mail to all of us regarding the meeting date.
