I condemn ICANN's terrible policies regarding domains .COM and also recently .ORG. ICANN or people concerned with it have been making decisions favouring parties with vested interests - perhaps through offers from these parties - monetary or otherwise to ICANN or their concerned management. ICANN should work for the public. I use the Internet but I am not a .com registrant. I am against the proposed price increase to .COM domains. The current rate of $7.85 is already far more than justified. Verisign is merely your manager of the .COM Registry – it has no business dictating the price. ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the public interest. India

Government, please leave our fees alone. You are regulating more and more of our lives. Stick to the income tax. Try to be better stewards of what you take from us. We're all required to make ends meet. You as fellow Americans, should also do what's needed to make ends meet, without taking more from us. No more regulations need to be put down on internet commerce and organization. Thank you.

Hello, I am a web designer based in the UK and I would like to object to the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. I am concerned about the possible price rises, especially given you ignored concerns about the changes you made to .org domains. I understand a reasonable price rise may be appropriate, in line with inflation for example, but 7% every year for four years with a freeze for two years is excessive, and threatens the accessibility of .com domains to all. I'm also concerned about the relationship you have with Verisign, given that they can operate as a domain registrar as well as being a TLD, whereas other companies cannot. ICANN is changing the contract with Verisign to allow for increases of 70% (7% per year) or more on ".com" domains for years to come. This sounds like collusion for corruption, as the fate of this money is uncertain and unclear. Few are aware of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), which is responsible for managing and coordinating the DNS and distributing IP addresses. It looks like alphabet soup, but this organization directly affects every connection to the Internet, from Servers of sites like Facebook, Google, etc., to all cell phones and computers in the world. All internet services will suffer in some way from this abusive and unjustified increase. I am a registrant of a .com domain name. I am against the proposed price increase to .COM domains. No one other than Verisign want increases in .COM prices. The current rate of $7.85 is already far more than justified. Verisign is merely your manager of the .COM Registry – it has no business dictating the price. I heartily disagree with the proposed amendment 3 to the .com registry agreement. There appears to be no accountability to the public and certainly no accountability for the funds Versign is paying ICANN. No accountability whatsoever? I'm outraged! This will adversely affect the general public and small business owners the most. Paula Schlauch Would you like to offer surveys to your clients, but don't want to set them up yourself? We can do it for you. We offer a done-for-you service where we take care of the administration.
