Increasing the price of .COM domains is not an honest policy. Just forcing people to pay more and loose their goals, dreams and entrepreneurship spirits. Don't allow monopoly. Please find an other playground.

To Whom It May Concern, I am completely against the decision to allow Versign to increase the wholesale price to registrars for .COM domains every year for 8 out of the next 10 years. As a .com owner, this will directly affect me as well as others trying to establish an online presence with an established domain. Please reconsider this decision.

I dont know why the price increase is necessary especially at this level. The costs for running a .com hasn't increased like this in the past and there is nothing to show that it will. This is pure corporate greed.

I do not agree that the proposed amendments to the .com TLD will benefit the internet as a whole or myself. It does however benefit a rather small portion of an already overly wealthy population. The existing rules were put in place to protect the internet. They were thought out carefully and weighed. Do not remove them.

Paraphrasing another user I have the same concerns: I'm not a big company, just someone sharing some thoughts to the world. Don’t make the .com an exclusive thing by increasing the prices.

This change will force many "mom and pop" .com domain holders to abandon their domains. I for one will lapse several that I keep for personal reasons, however this increase will outweigh the reasons for keeping. Jessie

I urge you to consider the impact that it will have on internet users, particularly those who are not backed up by big companies with large budget.
