This proposal reduces the accessibility of domains for people all over the world. It provides Verisign with a disproportionate benefit, while providing ICANN little support in return. Part of a healthy internet is keeping domains affordable for the every day person. I whole heartily appose this amendment. Passing this amendment will undermine public view of ICANN. In addition, I believe the amount of money ICANN is already receiving might be causing an issue.
