To Whom It May Concern: Like other businesses based on information technology, the price of domain names should be dropping, not increasing. If the current registrar cannot hold down prices, then another registrar-or a higher level of competition among registrars-should be placed in charge of the relevant domains. If ICANN goes ahead with its current plans, the public will eventually come to see it as crony capitalism and a corruption of the internet's ideals. --Jim Snider
