While I appreciate both your perspectives, I just wanted to remind everyone that DNS Abuse mitigation and RDRS disclosure requests and related process are separate topics and should not be conflated with one another; RDRS requests are not part of the DNS Abuse mitigation process. Also, I'll add that the RDRS report from the Standing Committee is still being drafted and isn't with us in Council yet, I think it's expected just before ICANN83. I don't see the Board suddenly deciding to implement SSAD. Based on the report from RDRS, it appears likely the "experiment" will be continued WITHOUT any push from the commmunity (or action by the Board) for Supplemental Recommendations to be developed. But maybe Council should be pushing for the RDRS to become a formal Supplemental Recommendation with improvements to be recommended by a Council Small Team? If so, it strikes me that the DNS Abuse Small Team is the PERFECT place for this work to occur. The pace of ICANN work and the "silos" of development of work are frustrating to governments and to the private sector. Can't the Council look at ways to make this more efficient and to move more quickly to address concerns? Can't we talk to the Board about how to get this work done more quickly?
