      That worked for me.  Thanks Stephane.  

The times shown for the U.S. are in standard time as they should be now, but
you show EDT & PDT in the left column; just need to change those to EST &
PST without changing the times shown.

Try it now, this should open no prob. Previous file was in 
new XLSX format that not everyone can use. This one in 
standard XLS format.
