Hi all As one of the small team looking at RPMs Phase 2, resulting in this Motion, I would like to suggest a (hopefully) friendly amendment please. I believe we need more time to consider additional data gathering in light of some questions we have received. I am therefore proposing that we remove the data request from the recitals and resolved clause, and we can bring this back to Council at a later date as appropriate. Attached is an amended Motion. Many thanks Susan Payne Head of Legal Policy Com Laude T +44 (0) 20 7421 8250 Ext 255 [cid:image001.png@01DBC4E3.12C25EB0] <https://comlaude.com/> Follow us on LinkedIn<https://t-uk.xink.io/Tracking/Index/pRkAAGVfAADw_RQA0> and YouTube<https://t-uk.xink.io/Tracking/Index/bhkAAGVfAADw_RQA0> From: Julie Hedlund via council <council@icann.org> Sent: 06 May 2025 21:07 To: Caitlin Tubergen <caitlin.tubergen@icann.org>; council@gnso.icann.org Subject: [council] Disregard Re: Motion to Defer RPMs Phase 2 for 15 May 2025 Council Meeting Dear Councilors, Please disregard the attached document “Proposal for UDRP PSR Additional Data”.
