Yes, you are right, and I stand corrected. The initial communication did indeed go out to the whole council list, but it seems the reminders only went to the SG/C's.
If there are other ways in which you think this should be communicated, please let staff know.
My simplistic suggestion is that the NCA's are copied on emails that go out to SG/C leaders. Julf
