As a reminder, these are not Policy recommendations. Instead, these recommendations are derived from the Standing Committee’s lessons learned from observing the RDRS during the 2-year pilot period. As noted during the November discussion, the Council will be acknowledging the work from the Standing Committee and agreeing (by vote) to refer to the recommendations as a starting point in its dialogue with the Board re: the SSAD recommendations from EPDP (RegData) Phase 2. Voting on the report does not amount to voting on policy recommendations. Please ensure you have reviewed the Findings Report prior to the December Council meeting on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
