Of course the SSAD is considered "unimplementable" and the future of RDRS is uncertain so it does strike me as relevant to the topic of DNS ABuse measures that Council should be taking into account. I do think the Small Team should be looking at the "big picture".. Thank you Feodora. To Council members, I am wondering whether tasks assigned to the DNS Abuse Small Team should incorporate review of recent data supplied by the community to ICANN in relation to RDRS and summary report from ICANN on this service? I don't think RDRS is specifically mentioned in the Assignment form as being in scope for the DNS Abuse small team. Wouldn't RDRS be considered an abuse mitigation tool?
