Shortly after the 16 April 2026 GNSO Council meeting, an official call for volunteers will be sent out to groups (including GNSO Council). Any GNSO councilor can submit their name early to gnso-secs@icann.org<mailto:gnso-secs@icann.org> to join this team vs waiting for the official announcement. We will share the list with ICANN Travel; this will need to move quickly. Supplemental Recommendations Team Members who are funded travelers and choose to participate in the in-person workshop must update their travel by 24 April 2026. Alterations to funded travel will not be available after 24 April 2026. As part of the team, the new arrival date will be 06 June (vs 07 June). For those who have already booked, adjustments will be covered by ICANN Org. For those who have not booked and plan to be part of the SSAD Supplemental Recommendations Team, please hold off a little bit more before booking so we can work on membership. Thank you.
