Hi, The Board has been working on getting its hands on that money for its own uses since the auctions were first discussed during the last round. A while back it took some of it to pay off a 'shortage' in the sacrosanct reserves. At that time, it said it was a one time thing and would they never go after the money again, but rather would live with the decision of the ross community group. Oh well.
