Hi, well 2-3 years till it starts and another 2-3 years for names to be delegated? just guessing a hand wave of 6 years is a good wide estimate for a proposal. That way when it hasn't happened in 4-5 years as many would like, the money does not get nervous. I still wonder how the whole contention resolution will work with such widely advertised intentions. Will it be able to ignore it as if nothing had been said? Will that be considered legitimate? How will that affect the timelines for those applications. While there are those who have raised the warning flag of this onrushing train for a few years now, I think we have pretty much figured everything will be fine.
